Magdalene is committed to best practice and continuous improvement and we have invested extensively in our management systems to ensure we continue to meet and exceed the high standards that we set ourselves and which our clients expect. The five ISO certifications below form part of our Business Management System which has been developed to achieve the overall objectives of our business as outlined in our Vision and Values.

ISO Certifications

Magdalene has certified management systems to the following ISO standards:

• Quality: ISO 9001:2015
• Environment: ISO 14001:2015
• Business Continuity: ISO 22301:2012
• Information Security: ISO/IEC 27001:2013
• Health and Safety: ISO 45001:2018

All of our management systems are maintained by internal subject matter experts and regularly audited by LRQA.

• Health and Safety: Alcumus SafeContractor (annual assessment and audit)
• Health and Safety: NICEIC Approved Contractor (regular assessment)
• Cyber Security: Cyber Essentials (annual audit and recertification)
• Achilles UVDB: pre-qualification scheme used across the UK utilities sector (ongoing assessment and annual audit)
