Virgin Media establishes OSS Technical Support Service.
Virgin Media has selected Magdalene to provide extensive support service capabilities to ensure availability of their critical Nokia (NSN) and Ericsson OSS platforms.
Magdalene is now providing support to Virgin Media for their Ericsson MV 36 / EMOS and Nokia (NSN) NetAct OSS platforms, including the mediation layer Q1 Agent, Q3 Agent and Node Manager elements.
Magdalene Ltd, as provider of multi-technology, multi-vendor implementation and support services is ideally placed to support the broad operational needs of Virgin Media. Magdalene utilises its 24/7 NOC and vendor level expertise to ensure the availability of customer networks throughout the UK and internationally. As necessary, Magdalene is able to provide 4hr-to-site First Line Maintenance (FLM) UK nationwide, and next business day to most European destinations.
