Magdalene provide UK wide 24/7 First Line Field Maintenance Support to Nokia on Project Darwin.

Magdalene are pleased to announce a two year contract to provide FLFM to its strategic OEM partner Nokia to support the UK wide Darwin rollout on EE.

The service is co-ordinated from Magdalene’s 24/7 carrier class network operations centre based in St Ives.  Within the NOC the Fault Management Centre team manage the 24/7 service ensuring the engineer dispatch, spare parts and fault resolution are achieved within SLA.

Magdalene provide a fully trained engineer on site across the UK to fix faults from a simple card swap to the re-commissioning of whole units.  This is a 4 hour to site SLA which takes full advantage of Magdalene’s dense coverage of field engineers throughout the UK.
