Global Support for DNWP ‘Connection Master’ customers.
Magdalene Ltd has strengthened its partnership with Dedicated Network Partners Oy (Ltd.) by signing a Global contract to provide 24/7 TAC services for the worldwide customers of ‘Connection Master’ products .
As successor to the ‘Dynanet’ multiplexer transmission products from Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN), the ‘Connection Master’ products from DNWP (Dedicated Network Partners) offer the latest developments and capabilities in multi-service access technology whilst retaining the same philosophy of reliability for the long term.
These latest DNWP Connection Master products are being rolled out internationally to customers, who require round-the-clock technical assistance and maintenance services. Magdalene and DNWP have now established a service combining ‘3rd line’ vendor services from DNWP including software support and hardware repair, with 24/7 Remote Technical Assistance Centre Services from Magdalene. This ensures the very best combination of the continuous availability and immediate responsiveness of System Experts together with in-depth manufacturer product line support to ensure end-to-end operational network availability.
