Eurotunnel 3 year Contract Extension.
Magdalene Ltd has secured a further three year’s support service for the Keymile UMUX products and UNEM network management
In 2009 Magdalene designed and supplied Eurotunnel with an extensive operational communications replacement solution to seamlessly replace their end-of-life systems. Subsequently, Magdalene has provided numerous project extensions and also has provided a comprehensive support service ensuring the availability and maintenance of their business critical telecommunications infrastructure.
Magdalen are pleased to announce that Eurotunnel has chosen to extend this support service for a further 3 years.
Magdalene’s service combines a 24/7 NOC based TAC helpdesk service with ‘2nd line’ remote technical assistance and on site call-out services, ‘3rd line’ manufacturer and hardware repair services from the original vendor Keymile. This ensures the continuous availability and maintenance of the system to ensure long term operation of the network and the passenger transportation that depends on this key infrastructure.
