Magdalene gains NICEIC certification.
Independent telecom services provider, Magdalene, has been certified as an approved contractor by the NICEIC, the electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary body for electrical installation matters throughout the UK. The accreditation confirms that Magdalene can undertake design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical installations.
Having NICEIC Approved Contractor status means that Magdalene is included on a list of approved contractors for customers to look to when searching for a supplier to carry out their electrical work. Customers can have confidence in knowing that work is being performed by competent contractors and that it complies with relevant safety standards.
“This certification demonstrates not only our skills and professionalism to our customers but also provides peace of mind that our products and services are the best in the industry,” said Anthony Crane, managing director, Magdalene. “The NICEIC assessment is very demanding and thorough, looking at all areas of our people, processes, training and tolling in the electrical installation aspects of our business. Being certified further emphasises our quality, safety and reliability in the work we carry out.”
Customers of registered contractors can take comfort in knowing that the contractor holds adequate insurance and that essential documentation, training, technical capability and equipment is maintained and up-to-date. The NICEIC also has an independent complaints procedure and insurance-backed warranty scheme if any problems should arise.
“In addition to having third-party accredited electrical safety and quality certification for our customers’ peace of mind, we also receive full technical support from the NICEIC and can achieve competitive advantage by being fully certified,” concluded Crane.
