Field Service Engineer.
Location Central London
Job Description:
Working as part of the team, the successful individuals will be responsible for fault rectification on customer sites in Central London.
This typically, will involve:
Onsite management of reported faults on customer premises equipment. Investigate and resolve allocated incidents and provide a resolution within an agreed timescale or escalate where necessary.
Technical Experience Preferred:
Essential Previous experience in customer facing 1st Line Support role
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers
- Ability to manage onsite activities involving both internal and customer teams and agencies
- A current valid driving licence
- A high degree of interpersonal skills with a high degree of Customer and Service ethos
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise
- Excellent telephone manner and listening skills
- Ability to produce work to a consistently high standard, attention to detail
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience of working a 24/7 shift pattern
- Knowledge of common applications including MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer
