As an essential component of Magdalene’s full network lifecycle offering, our maintenance team is equipped to deal with the service requirements of all technologies to be found in current and legacy telecommunications networks.

Our nationwide coverage for both first and second line maintenance requirements is managed from our own UK based 24/7 network operations centre.  We offer up to two hour to site service level throughout the UK and also cover mainland Europe for second line needs.  Magdalene’s first line maintenance team is equipped with the skills, spares and processes to ensure that the networks maintained are kept available to committed levels through both reactive and preventative maintenance routines.  The engineers engaged in maintenance activities are trained and equipped to be able to perform duties on all types of sites including mobile base station, microwave systems, fixed network modules and exchanges. Whilst at these sites Magdalene look after the telecommunications infrastructure, power systems and site support solutions.
