Magdalene Provides Nationwide FLM service on the UK’s leading fixed and mobile networks.

Magdalene confirmed their strategic long term partnership with Huawei by signing a new agreement to provide nationwide First Line Maintenance services in the UK. Under this new agreement, Magdalene will provide First Line Maintenance services across the full breadth of Huawei’s customer portfolio, from the UK’s leading wireless network operators to BT and major national carriers. Technologies supported include optical, access, data-communication and wireless products. Magdalene will also provide the Spares Management and Logistics service to support the field engineering services, thus providing a comprehensive solution and a single point of contact for first line support. The service is provided by a nationwide team of multi-skilled field engineers, managed from Magdalene’s 24/7 Network Operations Centre in St. Ives, and supported by a network of forward stores locations. This new agreement represents an affirmation of Magdalene’s position as one of the UKs leading independent Managed Service Providers.
