Customer Relations Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the drive and ambition to succeed in a customer facing role. You don’t have to have telecoms experience – just a willingness to learn and succeed in business.

The Customer Relations and Reporting Coordinator is responsible for being the main contact for a number of our existing customers. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering Management Reports for our customer contracts, including performance stats. The role also takes the lead in on boarding new customers, to ensure they receive a great start up service.

Your main duties in this role will be to carry out the following:

  • Generate reports via Excel or bespoke NOC platforms to a monthly program, including creating and generating reported for internal and external customers
  • Attend customer meeting as required to present the reports on a routine basis
  • Deliver all reporting to external customers, ensuring that it meets the requirements of the customer
  • Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure all new services are onboarded correctly
  • Provide an engaging and high-quality customer service to all existing and prospective customers
  • Work with the NOC management team and other departments within Magdalene to report on Key KPI’s and operational standards
  • Work closely with the wider Customer Relations team in the NOC to ensure all quality issues are reported effectively
  • Act as a first point of contact for the finance department on customer invoicing requirements

 The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • A customer facing environment, with responsibility for customer service excellence
  • Administration using Microsoft Office tools
  • Working in a reporting or data analysis environment (desirable)


  • Degree qualified or equivalent level training in a customer or business centric subject

The main place of work for this position will be the St Ives office.
