Mark Turner.

Managing Director

Mark joined Magdalene in 2002 and in 10 years has helped oversee the company’s growth from <£5M pa to the £30M pa level today. As Managing Director he is responsible for all facets of Magdalene’s business and enjoys working with both customers and Magdalene’s own management team to deliver solutions that add value to our customers and their customers alike. Prior to Magdalene he held senior UK based roles in customer relationship management for Nokia and prior to that as Finance Director for Nokia Nederlands BV based in the Hague.

Parminder Dost.

Chief Financial Officer

Parminder joined Magdalene in October 2015. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for ensuring the Company operates effective financial management practices across the whole organisation and he supports the Executive Team in the financial analysis and risk management of business decisions. Prior to joining Magdalene, Parminder has held CFO roles in several private and private equity owned telecom and technology businesses.

Sam Saunders.

Field Services Director

Sam is responsible for the Field Services business unit which comprises Northern Ireland and Scotland regional operations, UK-wide FLM, Field Installation and Commissioning teams, and the Marshalling and Integration Centre in St Ives. Sam joined Magdalene in February 2015 and has built up 18 years’ experience working in the Telecommunications industry including operational management positions at Alcatel-Lucent, Reliance Globalcom, and Geo Networks.

Rachel Ansell.

Managed Services Director

Rachel is responsible for all of Magdalene’s Managed Service business. This includes both P&L and operational leadership for the Network Operations Centre, Technical Support Teams, Professional Services and Managed Engineering Services. Since joining in 2011 Rachel has lead a number of Wireless customer accounts including Telefonica, Nokia and Samsung and maintains focus on delivering gold standard managed services to our customers.

Hugh Murtagh.

Service Assurance Director

Hugh is responsible for Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety standards across all of Magdalene. The Service Assurance Department is supported by a QSEI Manager, a H&S Manager and a dedicated team of QA and H&S Auditors. Hugh has been part of Magdalene’s Senior Management team since November 2004. Previous to this Hugh was responsible for European Care Operations at Nokia Networks and also had a role as Global Partner Manager.

Keith Lamport.

Sales Director

Keith is an Engineering graduate of the University of Leeds and has been in the Telecoms industry for over 15 years. Heading up the UK& Ireland sales team he has responsibility for business development and customer management across all key accounts. Before joining Magdalene, Keith worked at Nokia Networks and YE Telecoms.

Suzanne Lluch.

Financial Controller

Suzanne oversees all aspects of the Finance function from purchase and sales ledgers through to the financial statements.  The management information produced by her team is essential for the company’s strategic decision-making. Suzanne is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant with many years’ experience in finance across various industries including logistics, engineering and MoD maintenance services.

Ian Currey.

Commercial Director

Ian is responsible for the commercial and contractual management of Magdalene’s business and has previously held commercial positions at numerous telecommunication services businesses including senior posts at GPT, EXi Limited, Alan Dick and Traxe Global Services.

Laura Potterton.

Network Operations Centre &
Technical Support Services Manager

Laura is responsible for the Network Operations Centre within Magdalene. In today’s always-on, always connected society, our NOC works with many operators and service providers to keep their vital infra-structure network running. The NOC team form the central hub of Magdalene’s 24*7 operation and Laura’s background in HR Operations brings strong leadership to the team. Laura has been part of Magdalene’s senior management team since September 2014 and is CIPD qualified.

Chris Priest.

Human Resources Director

Chris joined Magdalene in 2016 and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. He started his career as an Officer in the RAF before taking on HR roles in the education sector and, most recently, as an HR Business Partner for a leading national motor retail group. Now heading up Magdalene’s Human Resources team, he is responsible for shaping and delivering Magdalene’s people strategy.
